Only paid for some cutting disks and weld. Measured it out, tapped it off, cut, folded the metal either up of down, extra metal came off an abandoned Ford focus, grill mesh off a fireplace screen, welded it all together, and repainted it.

Cheap hinges from Amazon. 2 months of cutting and welding and screaming. Reinforced strut locations and hinge locations. Extended door wiring.

When my mint 1990 CV LX picture car was totaled, I needed a daily while I rebuild. Picked this up for 700$ and ended up just modding the hell out of it. Everything you see was diy and handmade by me. Removed roof, lowered on Giovanna Austin 20's, custom hood, 200$ Lambo door hinges from Amazon and almost endless cutting and welding, 30$ latex paint job with a brush, and several little things accents and additions all over the car. Mostly stock underneath, but planning a manual trans in the future. Will keep adding details, this page is slow and buggy, as it's still new.
